Anti-Aging - Wrinkles Telling Your Life Story? Learn How and Why to Address Anti-Aging
When you look in the mirror, what do you see? Is there stress? Are all of your life issues displayed for all to see? Or are you looking at a face that is stress free? A face that is smooth, relaxed and wrinkle free? I have heard women say they feel that every wrinkle, line, sag, bag and imperfection tells the story of who they are. And they claim that this is something they are proud of. It shows where they have been, the struggles they have survived. And the fact they have indeed, survived. Here is another one, "I have earned every wrinkle and gray hair". Wow.
On one level I have to agree. We do earn some of them. And others are just built in, our genetics. All of us have struggles, traumas and issues that come in and out of our lives. We deal with it and if we are healthy of mind, we move on. But the wrinkles and lines, sags and bags, they stay. Then there are those pesky genetics. Yes, we all have a path of family genetics that determines how we age.
For me, that is not the face I want to show the world. Yes, I have struggled with things. I have had issues, trauma and sadness. I just do not want to share it as a piece of living art on my face. You know how it is when a woman wears too much really strong perfume? Before you even see her you know she is coming, she is announced by the scent that arrives before her. Well, I feel the same way about wrinkles, on my face. I do not care to have my wrinkles, lines or stress tell a story about me that I am not ready to share. It is not an announcement I care to make to the whole world. I want to present the best face or image I can, not the harder side of my life, the part I have moved forward from, to all I meet.
Those who I do become close to will eventually know these things about me. And they will discover why I do not wear them as advertising. I choose to wear the face that says I have handled these things with grace. I want to present myself as a woman who has retained a fresh and positive outlook. And how easy is that if your face is showing wrinkles, sagging and stress? Not so easy, agreed?
So yes, I am a very strong advocate of wrinkle free skin care. Since I am an Esthetician I know what works. And what does not.Yes,I have wasted money on the empty promises, too. Only to go back to review what I should have remembered from my days in the facial room and the great education I received at the schools and seminars I attended.
Honestly, there is very little out there that can actually reduce a wrinkle, lift your sagging skin and restore youthful elasticity. But if you really want to get the scoop on reducing those wrinkles, anti-aging skin care, what facials provide lasting results, anti-aging ingredients and what they can do then you must do your homework. Do not buy into all the advertising hype. Do not get pulled in by a pretty package or beautiful ad. Those packages and ads are designed to do just that. Pull you in, make you believe.
Instead, go read, explore, surf the net. Consult a with a doctor if you feel the need. Educate yourself and learn what is hype and what is truth. Learn how not to get tricked by marketing strategy. Those marketing strategies promising you reversal of aging by just applying a layer of this cream or that cream really are not presenting a reality based picture of what is going on in your skin. The aging process starts deep in the skin and that is where the repair needs to take place. Surface wrinkles and lines are just the symptoms of what is going on at a deeper level in the skin. Learn how to address aging at the source.
You do not want one of those products that plump you up just for the day, do you? Then later on, just around evening when you want to go out or spend some quality time with your significant other, your face reverts back to early morning before the plump-cream state. What do you do then, start all over? Wash up, re-plump, new makeup? Really, is that what you want?
Or do you want to use products and remedies that can help you to actually reduce the appearance of wrinkles and facial aging over time, with lasting results? That is why you need to do your homework. Find out why your skin ages. How it happens. How you can avoid making mistakes in your daily life that accelerate the aging process. Want to know what a couple of those things are?
Your daily habits, such as how much unprotected sun exposure do you get, do you smoke, do you have a healthy diet full of antioxidant rich foods?
Learning those things is what anti-aging skin care should be all about. It is time to learn how to address aging intelligently. To find treatment rather than a temporary fix. It is time to stop wishing those marketing promises were true and start taking action through education on the aging of your skin. Once you know how your skin ages and why you will be able to make better and wiser choices. Does that make sense? I think it does.

All About Cervical Spine Surgery and Recovery
Cervical spinal problem affects the neck and arms, so it brings along symptoms like pain and other abnormalities in the neck and arms, weakness in the shoulders and difficulty in grasping things. Most cervical problems occur due to changes in the discs and neck joints. These problems can be solved, and serious damage can be avoided by undergoing a cervical spine surgery.
When discs herniate or get hard, pressure is exerted on the nerve roots and spinal cord. This pressure on the spinal cord can impair hand use, normal walking, and bowel and bladder function. These symptoms are taken very seriously because if the problem persists for a long time, it may lead to permanent damage to the spine.
The result of pressure on surrounded nerve roots can cause radiculopathy and will produce in addition to the cervical spine pain, weakness and sensory changes in the area that goes from the cervical spine to the shoulder, arm, or hand.
In this case of a cervical spine problem, cervical spine surgery is performed. it helps in relieving pain and ensures quick recovery.
The cervical spine surgery relieves pain, tingling sensation, numbness in the body, and weakness. It also aids in restoring the function of the nerve, and stops any kind of abnormal motion of the spine. Cervical spine treatment is done by removing a disc or a bone and fusing the two vertebrae together by using a graft on either side, front or behind the spine.
The bone graft that is used can be of two types: the autograft, which is the bone taken from your body; or an allograft, which is the bone taken from a bone bank. Sometimes, other options are also used such as screws, metal plates or wires, in order to stabilize the spine. The technique of putting these materials in the body to provide support is called as instrumentation.
The abnormal motion of the spine stops when the surgery is performed over the affected vertebrae. The cervical spine surgery is performed on degenerated disc disorders, instability or trauma, since these conditions cause pressure on the spinal cord or on the nerves around the spine. There are certain other conditions as well under which this surgery could be performed. These include the degenerative disorder in which the cushion pads between the vertebrae shrink further, causing further wear and tear of the disc which may lead to a herniated disc. This degeneration causes pain, burning in extreme cases and tingling. Patients who have a deformity in the spine can also gain relief by this surgery.
There are certain complications associated with the cervical spine surgery, such as an injury may be caused to the spinal cord, nerves, esophagus, and vocal cords. Sometimes, the fusion of the bones does not heal, and it causes infection and pain in the grafted part. Other more serious complications can be blood clots in the lungs or urinary problems, and also paralysis.

What is Diabetes Exactly?
Diabetes is the name of two diseases that have the same symptom, excessive urination. Diabetes usually refers to diabetes mellitus, by far the more common disease, where the body cannot utilize the sugar normally.
Cause of diabetes is unknown. The disease is common in some families, but many diabetics have no known family history of diabetes. Doctors believe that diabetes occurs due to the lack of the hormone, insulin in the body.
Insulin, which is produced by the pancreas, enables the body to use and store sugar. Some diabetics do lack insulin. This form of the disease is called Type 1 diabetes (also known as insulin-dependent diabetes or juvenile-type diabetes).
People who become diabetic after their 40's have normal or above-normal insulin production.. Their bodies do not respond efficiently to the insulin. Doctors call this form of the disease Type II diabetes (also known as insulin-dependent diabetes or adult-type diabetes). Almost 80% of diabetics have Type II, which is a milder form of the disease.
The differences between Type I and Type II diabetes vary in the treatment. Type I diabetics need to receive daily doses of insulin. It needs to be injected into the bloodstream and cannot be orally taken because it is destroyed in the digestive system. Not taking insulin results to excessive amount of sugar in the blood, resulting to to diabetic ketoacidosis and the patient may go into a diabetic coma. That's why many diabetics carry candy or table sugar with them in case of an insulin reaction.
Most cases of Type II diabetes can be controlled by a diet that is low on calories. Some Type II diabetics whose condition cannot be controlled by diet alone use insulin or take oral drugs that reduce the level of sugar in the blood.

Hand Held Back Massager - Pressure Point
More about Handheld Back Massager
You feel the tension melting away from your knotted muscles and a soothing feeling overwhelms you. Slowly, as the masseuse works his or her way through the pressure points, you become relaxed and rejuvenated. This is not a spa. It is actually your handheld back massager that overwhelms you with a sense of relief from the nagging pain in your back. Why visit the spa for expensive treatment when you can have an affordable option ready at hand? This personal massager is always at your service.
Eliminate stress from your body
You can eliminate stress from your body. The massager will work on the knotty muscles on your lower back. The handheld back massager is extremely user-friendly. You just need a few batteries and the hard rubber nodules and vibrators will start working. You can push the back massager against the knotty muscles and as the vibrator starts working on the area, knotty and tight muscles will be relieved. A massage chair is another option for back pain relief. This will do wonders for the legs, arms and the back.
A massage chair can provide a full body massage. There are rollers in the chair which will work on your back. The rollers push against the spine and the hard rubber nodules will create pressure on certain areas. Some massage chairs have a foot massager along with an attachment for a calf massage. Having these additional options will make the massage chair more expensive. In addition to pain relief, a massage chair can improve blood circulation.
A Massage a day, keeps the doctor away!
In the past, we had no choice but to visit a spa for a full body massage. However, with modern massage chairs, it is now possible to receive a full body massage in the comfort of your own home. You can experience a soothing massage from your head all the way down to your feet. You will feel more energetic after a relaxing full body massage. Why not pamper yourself with a soothing massage?
Getting regular massages will reduce stress, increase circulation, and make your body more flexible. This will promote good health and increase your chance of staying away from the doctor!

Relief From Fibromyalgia Pain - 3 Natural Remedies
There are various natural remedies to get relief from fibromyalgia pain that do not require using prescription drugs.
Fibromyalgia pain is characterized by widespread pain and stiffness anywhere in the body. The pain can be anything from a dull type of pain to sharp and intense. The pain can be in joints, muscles, tendons, or even one's face. The tender painful places (sensitive to touch) are referred to as tender point pain.
One proven method to lessen pain from fibromyalgia is to engage in mild weight training.
A study was done at Harvard University with a group of women who began resistance training in a pool then did exercises with their own body weight and light hand weights for 20 weeks. At the end of the 20 weeks, the women reported feeling less symptoms of pain, stiffness, fatigue and depression as well as being more flexible and having more muscle strength.
Another method is by practicing Tai Chi which is a gentle exercise for fibromyalgia symptoms (or chronic fatigue syndrome). Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art that involves a series of gentle physical movements along with breathing techniques to achieve a meditative state. Tai Chi Chuan can help one relieve stress, increase circulation, and increase one's energy. You can buy a tai chi video so that you can pace yourself. This way you never have to worry about being rushed by an instructor to complete a series of tai chi movements.
Yet another method for relief of fibromyalgia pain is to take Omega 3 Fish Oil capsules. Many people have reported feeling relief of joint pain and inflammation from fibromyalgia by taking this beneficial oil. It also has been reported by people to relieve depression symptoms and lessen their need for blood thinning drugs.

Impotence treatments are effective but not your only hope
Experts are now arguing that the fact you suffer with erectile dysfunction does not ergo that Viagra Sildenafil Citrate, Cialis tadalafil or Levitra Vardenafil is the answer. Although the larger majority of cases can be treated with these three treatments, many sufferers fail to recognise that the condition can often occur as the result of other factors aside from blood flow and penile damage.
Low testosterone levels are also big causes of impotence, as are psychological problems and stress. Testosterone is an integral part of the erectile process and it is responsible for the production of nitric oxide. This is needed for the blood vessels to expand. Your health care provider will tell you that it is a good idea to get your testosterone levels checked in order to rule this out as a cause.
There are a number of misconceptions concerning erectile dysfunction, including the fact that it isn’t a common condition. Despite what we see on the big screen and the media, we aren’t all pumped up and ready for action and a large proportion of us will suffer with some form of erectile dysfunction at some stage in our lives. Simply stressing out about one particular sexual encounter can lead to a loss of an erection as can being presented with sexually confident women.
The truth of the matter is, although the treatments out there are highly effective and clinically proven, it is perhaps best to discuss the issue with a trained expert before beginning one.
